An announcement from the Trump Administration that Senator Mark Kelly, a former Navy Captain and Astronaut, could be called back to active duty in order to be court martialed isn’t sitting well with other Senators. Kelly and other congressional leaders had said that armed forces personnel should not follow illegal orders. Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland was on ABC’s This Week and said the Senate would be in an uproar if that happened…
