On 4/21/2018 the Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Brittany Ann Twigg. The warrant was issued when Ms. Twigg failed to appear in District Court for traffic charges. Ms. Twigg was taken before a District Court Commissioner and ordered held at the Allegany County Detention Center on $2,000.00 bond
