WV Announces Energy Investments

West Virginia has secured nearly $4.2 billion in private-sector energy investments and more than 4,200 new jobs all within the past four weeks. Projects with First Energy, Bidell, Blackstone, and Ergon will extend coal plant life, build natural gas plants, along with other investments in the state. Of the $4.2 billion in investments, only $1 million comes from state funds. Governor Patrick Morrisey said West Virginia will be dominant in energy…
