Zero COVID Deaths Reported in Maryland for Two Consecutive Days

On Monday, for the second day in a row, there were zero COVID-19 related deaths reported in Maryland. The state's 7-day positivity rate came in at .66%, the lowest since the very beginning of the pandemic.

More 73% of all adults in Maryland have now received one dose of the vaccine, and more than 3.25 million Maryland adults are fully vaccinated, according to the state health department.

153 people are hospitalized for treatment of the virus. Of those, 112 remain in acute care and 41 remain in the ICU.
