Kelleher Serves as Mentor for MD Main Street Program

Cumberland’s Main Street Manager, Melinda Kelleher, is one of eight chosen by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development to be lead the new Main Street Maryland Mentorship Program.  For the next two years, these mentors will provide support and guidance to assist communities in developing skills to apply for full Designation at the programs end.   Kelleher she will mentor one of six towns…
