Attorney General Provides Guidance For Online Hate, Bullying

Maryland’s Attorney General has a new guidance document designed to help Marylanders facing online personal attacks.  The guide, entitled “Responding to Online Hate, Harassment, and Cyberbullying in Maryland,” provides direction on what to do in such cases including preserving evidence, reporting harmful conduct, assessing safety risks, and understanding when legal protections or reporting options may apply.
