Centre Street Disorderly Conduct.

On June 8th, 2026 at approximately 8:00 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of N. Centre Street for the report of a male waving a handgun. Upon arrival officers located William Glenn Bickling, in the area, with what appeared to be a firearm in his waistband. Officers spoke with Bickling and obtained the spring gun. He was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. He was issued two citations for possessing a spring gun made to discharge within the city and for disorderly conduct. Bickling was then released pending trial at District Court.
