Representative Andy Harris, the only Republican in Maryland's congressional delegation, is supporting President Donald Trump’s decision to endorse Alabama Senate hopeful Roy Moore. The president phoned Moore Monday to   endorse his campaign, fully aligning himself with the embattled Republican candidate a week days before the special election. Last month, The Washington Post published a bombshell report on allegations based on interviews with more than 30 people. Other, similar accusations have been made since.
