Wesley David Barton of Frostburg, was arrested on a Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failing to Appear for a Child Support Hearing. He was released after posting $100 cash bond.
Ruby Caroline McCullough, 34 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violating Pre-Trial Release on a Violation of Probation charge. Her original conviction was for Assault-2nd Degree where she received a 4-year jail term with all but 92-days suspended and 3-years of Supervised Probation. She is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending her next court appearance.
Tommy Lee Jolley Jr., 28 of Clearville, PA was extradited from Eastern Regional Jail, Martinsburg, WV and served a District Court Arrest Warrant for Theft: Less Than $100. Jolley was released on his own recognizance after appearing before the court commissioner.
