East Second Street Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Saturday, May 23, 2026 at approximately 7:43 PM, officers the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of E. Second Street for a harassment complaint. Police contacted the involved parties and advised them to keep the peace. They were also referred to the District Court of Allegany County for charges. Police responded back to the location two additional times for similar circumstances. Police later located Stacey Tomczewski yelling and creating a disturbance. Tomczewski was placed under arrest and found to be in possession of a dangerous weapon. She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and posted a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.
