On Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Jermiah Robert Tigner, 47, of Cumberland MD. Tigner was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 8th, 2025. The warrant alleges Tigner failed to appear in District Court on that date for a previous CDS paraphernalia possession charge. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on a $500 unsecured bond.
