Bench Warrant Served

On Saturday July 4, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Gary Wayne Ray for VOP. He was originally charged with assault 2nd degree. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner for initial appearance and is currently being held on a $2,500.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
