On December 3rd, 2025 the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Eric Roger Marmaduke. The warrants were issued as a result of Marmaduke failing to obey conditions of his release. He was placed under arrest and transported to Central Booking where he was later presented before a District Court Commissioner where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
