On Friday, October 16th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Abree Danika-Nickol Braithwaite, 32, of Cumberland MD. Braithwaite was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 8th, 2025. The warrant alleged that Braithwaite violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on a fourth degree burglary charge. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

CHARGES -  Bench Warrant-Violation of Probation.

On Friday, October 16th, 2025, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Joshua Gene Day, 32, of Cumberland MD. Day was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on October 17th, 2025. The warrant alleged that Day violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon him due to a previous conviction on a CDS possession charge. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.

ARRESTED -    Joshua Gene Day, 34yo.
CHARGES -  Bench Warrant-Violation of Probation.
