DECADE Act To Increase Competitiveness

Governor Wes Moore will be presenting in Annapolis this session a bill package designed to make the state more competitive in the region. The DECADE Act, an acronym for Delivering Economic Competitiveness and Advancing Development Efforts, would extend grant programs and tax credits and encourage film industry growth.
