Sphere Planned For National Harbor

The famous Las Vegas Sphere entertainment venue is getting an east coast sister to be located at Maryland’s National Harbor. A smaller scale model is planned but will still feature the exosphere – an LED display that showcases artistic and branded content with stories-high interior screens and technologies engaging the senses during live performances and movies. Governor Moore said it is one of the largest economic development projects in Prince Georges’ County history and is expected to generate one billion dollars in economic impact annually.
