**Adult Arrest**
On Friday, January 23rd, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served (3) bench warrants on Tracy Kerry Williams for failure to comply with court ordered conditions. At the time of his arrest, officers found Williams in possession of suspected CDS paraphernalia. He subsequently issued a criminal citation for the offense.
Williams was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance. He was subsequently remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond.
Arrest: Tracy Kerry Williams, Age 40, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Bench Warrants- Failure to Comply x 3, Criminal Citation- CDS Possession- Paraphernalia
**Criminal Summons Served**
On Friday, January 23rd, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Tracy Kerry Williams for fraudulent identification to avoid prosecution and trespassing on private property.
The charges stem from an incident on January 15, 2026, when officers responded to a trespassing complaint at an apartment complex in the 100 block of North Mechanic Street. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male who identified himself as “Raymondo Williams.” Further investigation revealed the individual was actually Tracy Williams.
At the time of the incident, Williams had multiple active arrest warrants. Officers subsequently filed charges with the Allegany County District Court, where a District Court Commissioner issued a criminal summons.

Charges: Criminal Summons- Fraudulent Identification To avoid Prosecution, Trespass Private Property.

On Friday, January 23rd, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served (2) bench warrants on Tyler Matthew Westfall for failure to comply with court ordered conditions. Westfall was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance. He was subsequently remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond.
Arrest: Tyler Matthew Westfall, Age 29, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Bench Warrants- Failure to Comply x 2
**Adult Arrest**
On Friday, January 23rd, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Angel Marie Darr on an active bench warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on January 22nd,2026. On that date, it is alleged that Darr failed to appear in District Court for a prior CDS paraphernalia charge.
Darr was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center for an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner. She was later released on her own recognizance.
Arrest: Angel Marie Darr, Age 42, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Bench Warrant- Failure to Appear
