Maryland Opens $3.5 Million Homeowner Assistance Grants

Maryland homeowners can apply a grant from the Homeowner Assistance Fund.  The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development has set aside $3.5 million for Maryland homeowners to address critical health and safety issues in their homes that could result in displacement.  Eligible homeowners will receive up to $10,000.  Applications will be processed on a first-come-first served basis and will close when funds are exhausted.
