The City of Cumberland’s move to ParkMobile is now a fact of life downtown, but one local businesswoman did not enjoy her experience. Paula Kennedy voiced her frustrations to WCBC Radio.

Kennedy pointed out that the system is frustrating and not good for business.

“The new parking with the texting and text the number to this and put in the parking code that you’re at and the area all that stuff…I think that hurts businesses.”
