Congressman Moore Introduces “Jumpstart” for America’s Skilled Workforce
Congressman Riley Moore of West Virginia supports the Jumpstart Savings Act, a piece of legislation establishing tax-advantaged savings accounts modeled after the 529 college savings plans. So, this would allow you to save for that over time just like a 529 college savings account and enable individuals to get going on their career and—pardon the pun—jumpstart their career path.”
