Monday Snow Watch

Bedford Area School District will have a Flexible Instructional Day on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Frostburg State University will be CLOSED on Sunday, Jan. 25 and Monday, Jan. 26. All classes on Monday are cancelled. Essential personnel should report to work as scheduled. The Lane University Center, the Ort Library and the Cordts P.E. Center will also be CLOSED on Jan. 25 and 26. The Chesapeake Dining Hall will be open for students on Saturday, Jan. 24 for brunch (11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-6:30 p.m.) and Sunday, Jan. 25 for brunch (10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) and dinner (4:30-7:30 p.m.) and on Monday, Jan. 26 for breakfast, lunch and dinner at regularly scheduled times. The University plans to reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 27, and all non-essential personnel should report to work at that time. All UPMC Western Maryland owned clinics and practices at the Johnson Heights Medical Building
UPMC Western Maryland Primary Care Center in LaVale
All UPMC owned offices in the Medical Arts Center at UPMC Western Maryland
The diagnostic center located within the hospital will be open for lab, cardiology, and radiology testing as usual.
