Baby Born Along Highway During Storm

Babies usually pay no matter to what the weather is when they decide to make their entrance into the world. Such was the case over the weekend when Pittsburgh EMS workers got a call of a baby being born along the Parkway North during the recent snow storm. The woman was on the way to the hospital when she gave birth early Sunday morning. When emergency crews arrived, they cut the baby’s umbilical cord and transported Mom and baby to the hospital where both were doing well.
