A poll by Morning Consult says that Governor Wes Moore’s approval rating has increased to 61% from last fall, moving up three points. His approval rating puts him as the eighth most popular governor in the nation with Phil Scott of Vermont taking the top place.  Along with Moore, the home-state popularity of Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, Andy Beshear of Kentucky, Josh Green of Hawaii and California’s Gavin Newsom stand out among potential 2028 Democratic presidential hopefuls.
