Leiper Street Domestic Assault Arrest

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers responded to a residence in the 600 Block of Leiper Street for the report of a domestic assault in progress. Upon arrival, Officers learned that a mutual assault had occurred between Stanley and Cody Horwath, where a blunt weapon and a bladed weapon were used. As a result, both were placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where they await their initial appearances.
