Morgantown, WV Man Arrested for Failure to Appear

On February 12, 2026, deputies arrested Devan Alexander Collins, 30 years old, Morgantown, West Virginia, on the strength of a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Collins was transported to the Garrett County Detention Center where is being held pending a bond hearing.
