Fugitive from Justice

On Thursday, February 12th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Beth Ann Blough, 44, of Cumberland MD. Blough was arrested on fugitive charges when it was discovered that she had an extraditable warrant for her arrest in Camden County Georgia. The Georgia warrant was issued on July 3rd, 2025, charging Blough with felony identity fraud. Blough was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond, awaiting extradition to Georgia.
