Three More Candidates File in Allegany County

With the filing deadline a week away, three more candidates have filed to run for office in Allegany County.  Bill Atkinson has filed to run for another term as county commissioner, joining Creade Brodie, Jr.  Linda Widmyer has filed to run for the Allegany County Board of Education, joining Steven Moon as a candidate.  For Cumberland City Council, incumbent Jimmy Furstenberg has filed for another term.  The deadline is February 24 at 9 p.m.
