Firefighters Battled Two-alarm Fire

Cumberland Fire Department dispatched just after 11:30 a.m. for a residential fire at 21 Cresap Street in Cumberland Tuesday. Firefighters battled the two-alarm fire  reported as a first-floor collapse, followed by an exterior wall collapse. Units from Bowling Green, Bedford Road, Corriganville, Cresaptown, Ellerslie, LaVale, Shaft, Ridgeley, Wiley Ford and Allegany County Department of Emergency Services responded to the call.
