Colby James Nestor, 37 of Cumberland, MD has been served with an arrest warrant related to the search warrant conducted on High Lane, Cumberland, on Friday. Mr. Nestor has been charged with one Count of transfer, sale, or traffic of firearms, and 1 Count of unlawful sale or transfer of regulated firearms. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a review.
