Willowbrook Road Assault, Trespassing Arrest

On Thursday, February 26th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department responded to UPMC on Willowbrook Rd for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, officers contacted staff member who advised that a female subject was refusing to leave the property after being advised to do so. Officers then contacted the female and once again advised her to leave the property or she would be placed under arrest. Even after repeated requests, the female refused to leave the property. As a result, Jasmine Marie Park, 39, of Oakland MD, was placed under arrest. She was transported to Police Headquarters and issued a Criminal Citation for the offense and advised she was free to leave. As Park was escorted from Police Headquarters, she began to spit and swear at officers, then struck an officer in the arm. At that time, she was placed under arrest for assault. She was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.
