Bench Warrants Served

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served Circuit Court and District Court bench warrants on Dustin Youngblood. The warrants were issued as the result of Youngblood failing to appear in court. In the Circuit Court case, he was originally charged with Assault-2nd Degree. In the District Court case, he was originally charged with Setting Up Bedding Outdoors. Youngblood was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his appearance before the court.
