WMSR Shops Busy Over Winter

The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad continues to thrill train lovers with excursions during the winter months. For spring, the Cottontail Comet is running March 28^th, 29^th, and April 4^th to Bone Cave for visits with the Easter Bunny and an egg hunt. “We didn’t really have to do a lot of maintenance on 1309; we brought her out of service in the winter. We’ve got a lot of work going on in the shops. We got a lot of car work going on, a lot of updates. We have a new coach in service for the Cottontail Comet.”
