Maryland Senate Considers Wage Hike

A hearing will be held in the Maryland Senate Wednesday on the proposal to raise the state’s minimum wage to $25 per hour by the year 2030.  Senate Bill 886 will be heard in committee.  The Maryland Chamber of Commerce is strongly opposing the bill.
