Laws Must Be Followed For Detention Facility Buildout

“Regulations that govern clean water, wastewater, fire codes. A host of regulations that the federal government is not immune to following. There’s no exception to the federal government. So, our complaint there is insisting that if a detention facility is going to be built, it’s got to be done according to the law.”
