County to see Another 5 Years of DelFest

Allegany County will see another five years of DelFest after the county commissioners extended their agreement with Del McCoury during Thursday’s commissioner meeting.  The agreement goes through 2030, adding to the past 18 years McCoury has partnered with the county, according to Administrator Jason Bennett…

“They reached out to use wanting to extend that contract, and we were very happy to do so with them.  We think it’s a great thing for our community.  It brings people from almost every state here to Allegany County for a few days to celebrate, and we’re happy to have the partnership continue.”
