Hooley Pub Crawl Parking Restrictions and Street Closures

The Cumberland City Police Department would like to announce the following parking restrictions and street closures for the annual Hooley Pub Crawl in the downtown area on Saturday, March 14, 2026 between 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.

The Cumberland Street Department will place “No Parking” signs on designated streets in the downtown area on Friday, March 13, 2026. Parking will be prohibited from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14th, until 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 15th at the following locations: Centre Street from Harrison Street to Frederick Street; Pershing Street from Mechanic to Liberty Street and the MPA parking lot on Merchants Alley, Baltimore Street from Mechanic Street to Queen City Drive and Liberty Street from Frederick Street to Harrison Street.

The following streets will be closed on Saturday March 14, 2026: Centre Street from Harrison Street to Frederick Street; Liberty Street from Frederick Street to Harrison Street, Baltimore Street from Mechanic Street to Queen City Drive, George Street from Baltimore Street to Union Street; and Pershing Street at Mechanic Street. Union Street will be closed just before Centre Street so that individuals can still exit the Centre City parking garage onto Union Street. All streets should be opened by 2:00 a.m.

Please expect an increase in vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area. Please plan accordingly and as always be safe.
