George Street Assault, Disorderly Conduct Arrest

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, Cumberland Police Department Officers were on routine patrol in the area of George Street when a fight broke out in a nearby parking lot. Officers intervened in the altercation and, as a result, Devin Lissau was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was later released on his own recognizance.
ARRESTED: Devin Gregory Lissau, 23, Frostburg, MD
CHARGES: Assault Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Affray.
