Beckstrom Given Posthumous Medal Of Honor

Governor Patrick Morrisey has posthumously awarded the West Virginia Distinguished Service Medal to Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom of the West Virginia Army National Guard, honoring her service and sacrifice. Beckstrom was killed while serving in the nation’s capitol in November.  Governor Morrisey presented the medal to her parents, Evalea and Gary Beckstrom in Charleston…
