Juli McCoy Receives Award

The Maryland Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (MACCE) is proud to announce that Juli McCoy, President & CEO of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, has been awarded a 2026 MACCE Professional Development Scholarship to attend the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management.  The Institute is the nation’s premier program for professional development among chamber of commerce and association leaders, offering a robust curriculum designed to strengthen organizational leadership and advocacy. Participants complete four week-long sessions hosted at university campuses across the country, covering core topics including leadership, marketing, finance, membership, and public policy.
