Criminal Summons for Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property

On Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served Alexis Shyann Morgan with a criminal summons for disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property. The summons resulted from several incidents on March 16, 2026, when officers responded to the 200 Block of Race Street regarding a property destruction complaint.
Upon arrival, officers contacted two individuals who reported that Alexis Morgan had arrived at a residence and damaged a parked vehicle by striking the driver’s side mirror. The complainant further reported that after leaving the scene, Alexis returned and allegedly struck her with a vehicle while she was outside inspecting the damage. The incident resulted in a minor visible injury.
During the investigation, officers received an additional report of property damage at a residence in the 400 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Responding officers located a broken window and other damaged items.
Charges were subsequently filed through the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office, and a criminal summons was issued. Alexis signed for her copy of the criminal summons and was released pending trial.
