Listener accuses WCBC of going Woke

A listener of WCBC recently accused the station of adopting a biased political agenda. An anonymous letter, sent to the station owner without a return address, was read on the Dave Norman Morning Show. The letter accused the Morning Mayor and station staff of being “leftist” and claimed that the news selection is based on political bias. In response, morning show host Dave Norman clarified the station’s news policy, stating…

“We have never chosen what story to do based on political persuasion. For example, if I wanted to do it by political persuasion, the Governor and Delaney in Hagerstown yesterday would not have been mentioned.”

 

Mr. Norman then challenged the anonymous writer of the letter to reveal themselves and engage in an open discussion…

“Whoever wrote me this letter I am begging you have a balls, have the stones, have the guts to send me your name and your phone number and stop hiding in your mother’s basement with your footy pajamas on.”
