Oldtown Road Assault, Reckless Endangerment Arrest

On Saturday, March 28, 2026 at approximately 8:37 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 700 block of E. Oldtown Rd. for an assault. Police contacted an alleged victim who reported that he had been assaulted by Levi Jones. The officers observed that the victim had sustained injuries. Jones was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention without bond.
