The Cumberland Historic Cemetery Organization has a special event planned for today. There will be a tour of a Civil War cemetery in neighboring West Virginia. CHCO President Ed Taylor says interested persons should gather at the organization’s headquarters at 1:15 this afternoon to drive for this free event beginning at 2 p.m.
