Pershing Street Assault, Trespassing Arrest
On Sunday, April 12, 2026 at approximately 12:00 AM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to an establishment on Pershing Street for a female refusing to leave the property. Officers contacted the staff who directed them to the female who was identified as Brittni Davis. Officers advised Davis that she needed to leave the property. Davis refused to leave and yelled at the staff. Davis was arrested and transported to police headquarters where she spit on an officer. Davis was then transported to Central Booking where she is currently being held awaiting her initial appearance.
