City Police Report for Sunday

On April 18th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Michael Anthony Butler Jr. The warrant resulted from Butler violating his probation terms by failing to appear in court on March 30th, 2026. Upon arrest, officers searched Butler and located CDS paraphernalia. Butler received a citation for the CDS paraphernalia, and was transported to Central Booking. He appeared before a District Court commissioner and was held on a $500.00 bond.

Bench Warrant Served

 

On April 17th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Tiffany Lee Newcomb. The warrant was issued after Newcomb failed to appear for court on April 16th, 2026. Police arrested Newcomb and transported her to Central Booking. She was later presented before a District Court Commissioner and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
