Bench Warrant Served

On April 18th, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Christopher Todd Ellsworth. The warrant was issued as a result of Ellsworth failing to comply with conditions of his probation, on original charges of CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis and CDS Possession with intent to distribute narcotics. Ellsworth was transported to Central Booking and later appeared before a District Court Commissioner, who remanded him to the Allegany Detention Center without bond.
