Paca Street CDS and Trespassing Arrest

On Sunday, April 26, 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was conducting a routine patrol in the area of Paca Street when they observed Christie Gibson in the parking lot of a property owned by Cumberland Housing Group. The officer ran Gibson’s name and learned she was trespassed from all Cumberland Housing Group properties. Gibson was placed under arrest and searched. Officer located suspected drug paraphernalia during the search. Gibson was taken to the police station and issued two criminal citations. Gibson was released pending trial in District Court.
