On May 14, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a Bench Warrant on Perry Hamilton for violation of probation. Hamilton was on probation for a trespassing conviction. Hamilton was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking.  Hamilton received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was held without bond.

ARRESTED:  Perry Nelson Hamilton Jr       AGE:  45        Baltimore, MD

CHARGE: Violation of Probation

On May 14, 2026 the Cumberland Police Department served a Bench Warrant on Michael Butler for violation of probation. Butler was on probation for a theft less than $100.00 conviction. Butler was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking.  Butler is awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
