Del-Abration Downtown Wednesday

DelFest begins this week at the Allegany County Fairgrounds, but those who haven’t gotten tickets or have never experienced the festival have an opportunity to see a preview of what the weekend offers. A special proclamation from the county will be presented to festival organizers, along with an evening of music in Downtown Cumberland. “DelFest is coming to downtown Cumberland on Wednesday the 20th. It’ll be down on Centre Street. There will be some of the DelFest musicians and some of our local musicians playing together.”
