Furnace Street Burglary Arrest

On Sunday, May 24, 2026 at approximately 12:55 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department were attempting to serve an arrest warrant on Furnace Street when they contacted Dustin Youngblood and another subject.  While speaking with them, an alleged victim contacted the officers and reported that his residence on Pulaski Street had just been burglarized by Youngblood.  After further investigation, Youngblood was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $7500 bond.
