Bench Warrant Arrest

On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Aubrey Woosley Jr. The warrant was issued as the result of Woosley failing to appear in court on an original charge of Driving without a license. He was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, Woosley was released on his personal recognizance.
