Virginia Avenue Indecent Exposure Arrest

On Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at approximately 7:22 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Virginia Avenue for an indecent exposure report. When officers arrived on scene, they were directed to the suspect who was walking up the sidewalk. Officers contacted the male who was later identified as Nicolas D’Atri. D’Atri refused to cooperate and attempted to walk away from the police. At this time, officers placed him under arrest and D’Atri resisted and assaulted an officer. He was taken into custody after a brief struggle. D’Atri was transported to Central Booking where he is currently awaiting a bond hearing.
